Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days once payment has been received (reflecting in our bank account). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery to your home
This option is for those who want to receive items at their preferred address, home or office etc.
Standards Charge is R85
Items between 10kg – 15Kg are charged at R100
Collection from a Pargo Partner / Pick Up Point
If you prefer to collect your parcels at a nearby location of your choice, you can opt for delivery to a Pargo partner.
A Pargo partner is a local business that has joined the Pargo network and offers its premises as a pickup point for online shoppers. You can choose from over 4000 pickup points across the country, such as Clicks, Spar, FreshStop, and The Body Shop.
When you select delivery to a Pargo partner at checkout, you will be able to choose the most convenient pickup point for you. You will receive an email or SMS notification when your parcel is ready for collection, and you can track your parcel online at any time. You will need to show your ID and the notification message to collect your parcel.
Delivery to a Pargo partner has many advantages, such as:
- A flat rate for deliveries anywhere in the country
- A 100% delivery rate on the first attempt, as there is no need to worry about missing the courier or being at home
- A secure and transparent delivery process, with tracking information and confirmation emails
- A flexible and convenient delivery option, as you can choose a pickup point that suits your lifestyle and schedule
- A greener and more efficient delivery solution, as it reduces carbon emissions and traffic congestion by consolidating deliveries

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Ayeyee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Ayeyee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Items between 10kg – 15kg are charged at R136
